The role of Software Developer will be working within the Data Science and Software Development Team in the newly formed Centre for Translational Informatics (CTI) and will assume the principle role for delivery of a data harvesting platform for the Remote Assessment of Disease and Relapse (RADAR) program, a €22 million European Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI2) to pioneer mHealth remote monitoring capabilities in 3 key neurological disease areas: Major Depression, Multiple Sclerosis and Epilepsy.
The role will require working with the other RADAR EU academic groups, technology partners (e.g. INTEL, CBITS [Northwestern University], Software AG) and pharma partners in order to carry out requirements gathering, as well as assisting with the evaluation of platform technologies and devices, and to carry out end-to-end development, deployment and maintenance of the RADAR wearable and mobile phone data harvesting platform.
The candidate will have significant software development experience and knowledge of client and server-side development, Java, JavaScript, and Android App development.
