ArrayExpress R/Bioconductor Workbench

Those of you who came along to Karim Chine’s demo of Biocep / Elastic-R the other month, might be interested in the EBI’s ArrayExpress R/Bioconductor Workbench

It uses Biocep-R to let you run your R code, including installing packages and uploading your own data, on the EBIs hardware. Has an up-to-date R and BioC and fast access to all of the data in the EBI repositories (eg ArrayExpress). It doesn’t have the collaborative Elastic-R shiny yet though.
